Atelier Talent Development is seeking an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented individual to assist with workshop coordination, student registrations, administrative support, and day-to-day operations.
This is an in-person position based in San Antonio and is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping programs run smoothly behind the scenes.
Position Details
- Part-Time (approximately 15 hours per week)

- Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Scheduling
This position is approximately 15 hours per week. Scheduling is flexible and will be coordinated based on business needs and the candidate's availability. Most work will occur during weekday business hours.
Additional hours and responsibilities may become available in the future for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities
- Process workshop registrations and maintain enrollment records
- Collect and track payments
- Coordinate workshop logistics and participant communications
- Update workshop dates and information on company websites and calendars
- Post workshops and events on community boards and online resources
- Schedule and post social media content
- Maintain accurate student, workshop, and lead records
- Assist with administrative projects and operational support
- Support communication with students and families regarding workshop logistics and scheduling
- Help ensure programs and events are organized and executed efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning and using online platforms and software
- Dependable, proactive, and self-motivated
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
