Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting, delivering and installing Appliances. Must ensure timely deliveries while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to handle various driving tasks, including operating a box truck. Cell Phone is required.
Duties
- Safely operate vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring all items are secured properly for transport.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns from clients.
- Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including inventory management and organization of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the logistics process.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience OPERATING A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE IS REQUIRED.
-Knowlege of delivering and installing Appliances (White Glove Home Delivery)
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with loading and unloading cargo.
- Familiarity with warehouse environments and logistics operations is beneficial.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to follow safety protocols consistently.
