We are a growing Construction Company based in Texas and we are seeking a motivated, hard working, full-time Assistant.
Our growth requires us to add a full-time professional to our team. You are responsible for the daily administrative support for the Construction Manager to ensure efficient operations of our (virtual) office.
As the Admin Assistant, you are responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, managing contractors, coordinating financial tasks, and assisting with various projects to ensure smooth operations within the company. We especially would need someone who speaks and understands Spanish as most of our contractors only know this language.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Construction Team: Assist with phone calls, emails, and scheduling. Manage software and calendars.
- Contractor and Project Management: Supervise material purchases and oversee construction projects.
- Provide Support: Assist owners, team, and customers. Aid in property communications and translation.
- Administrative Duties: Manage emails, files, and documents. Handle account tasks and support meetings.
- Financial Management: Process payroll, invoices, and financial reports. Manage construction budgets.
- Project Coordination: Provide updates, coordinate vendors, and manage subcontractors.
- Additional Tasks: Schedule photoshoots, prepare contracts, handle invoicing, and track receipts.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide support to customers and team members.
- Schedule appointments.
- Engage in problem-solving.
- Assist the team with various projects.
- Attend various training and meetings.
