Duties

- Monitor event areas to ensure safety, enforce rules, and address any conflicts or issues promptly
- Support food service operations by serving food and beverages with hospitality and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and efficiently
Skills
- Strong background in events management and guest services, with a passion for creating positive experiences
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience working with children or in hospitality settings is a plus
