Shifts 1st, 7:00am to 3:30 2nd 3:00pm to 11:30pm Monday thru Friday OT available
3rd Shift Sunday Night Thru Friday Morning 11:00pm to 7:30 am.
Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring machine are properly running, This includes the following:
Set-up and operate CNC Machines
Operate switches and buttons
Visually inspect metal components
Record Information May load and unload parts on machines.
Assist in change overs
Able to use measuring devises caliper, gauges and others
Preform cleaning and 5S task
Requirements:
Follow all company rules and regulations operate, monitor, and adjust machines according to procedures.
Experience with grinding, assembly or broaching and turning line via switches, buttons and displays
Ability to follow instruction in written, oral or diagram form
REESPOND PROMPTLY TO SOUND OR LIGHT SIGNAL WHEN IT OCCURS.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for 8-10 hours,
Must be able to lift, push, pull 50 pounds occasionally. This is a physical position.
