Job Summary:
The COE Solution Architect: Reporting & Analytics plays a key role in enabling data‑driven decision making across CooperVision’s global supply chain. As part of the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), this role partners closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain leadership to design, build, and sustain reporting and analytics solutions that support core planning processes, including S&OP and annual budget planning. The role focuses on standardizing insights, automating reporting wherever possible, strengthening KPI governance, and maximizing the value of advanced planning and analytics platforms such as o9 to improve efficiency, service, and overall supply chain performance.
The COE Solution Architect: GSC Reporting & Analytics will shape how data is used to drive decisions across CooperVision’s Global Supply Chain (GSC). This role sits within our GSC Center of Excellence (COE) Team and partners closely with Demand & Supply Planning teams worldwide.
Skills, Abilities and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, with strong understanding of demand and supply planning processes
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering reporting and analytics solutions for supply chain teams
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI/analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, or similar platforms
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced planning solutions (o9 strongly preferred; Blue Yonder, OMP, Logility, SAP APO, etc. acceptable)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Ability to influence across functions and geographies without formal authority
- Experience defining KPIs, setting targets, and applying industry benchmarks
Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Master of Business Administration degree preferred.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $101,469.00 and $135,292.00 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
