Job Summary
We’re on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Bartender to join our amazing team for nights and weekends. In this role, you'll be mixing up drinks, serving guests with a smile, and ensuring everyone has a fantastic time. The ideal candidate is passionate, positive, and eager to create memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, following established standards.
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about our beverage offerings, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Process cash handling efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
Qualifications
- 2 years of previous experience as a bartender and in food service within the hospitality industry.
