This position provides proactive leadership, technical expertise, and accountability to achieve and sustain optimal reliability, maintainability, and operational performance within the manufacturing facility. The primary focus of this role is improving asset and production reliability by eliminating repetitive failures, supporting maintenance operations, and managing effective Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Prepare diagrams, drawings, charts, calculations, and reports to define reliability issues and recommend solutions.
Manage reliability data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), work order failure code analysis, asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
Ensure Predictive Maintenance technologies such as oil analysis, vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasonics, and motor testing are properly applied to manufacturing assets.
Develop and implement updates to equipment maintenance plans based on failure analysis, historical data, reliability principles, and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience with industrial electrical systems, mechanical/electrical devices, circuits, robotics, PLCs, and computer-controlled equipment.
