Cambria Veterinary Care is a rapidly growing, family-owned and family-oriented mixed animal practice located in Johnstown, PA. We provide compassionate and high-quality care to a diverse range of patients, including exotic pets, small animals, and large animals. We’re currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our fast-paced and professional team.
Our CSRs are the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive environment for pets and the people who love them.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and their pets and ensuring they attain the care they need
- Fielding phone calls and addressing the concerns and needs of clients
- Scheduling appointments and surgeries
- Maintaining medical records based on interactions
- Maintaining a knowledge base of products and services offered
Qualifications
The ideal candidate loves working with pets and their humans!
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields
- Ability to work well with clients and the professional team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
