Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader Job Description:
As a Restaurant Supervisor Shift Leader, you will:

Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
-
Delegate tasks to ensure the MOD experience is consistently delivered
-
Share Your Knowledge by leading through example and coaching the team
-
Build Connections with the Squad, guests, and community
-
Celebrate wins by setting goals, coaching with purpose, and recognizing success

Maintain Standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness
-
Role Model MOD culture in every interaction –especially during night and closing shifts

Support Closing Duties including cleaning, restocking, and preparing the store for the next day

1+ year supervisor and leadership experience in a quick service or fast paced environment preferred (pizza experience is a plus)
