We are seeking an experienced Salon & Property Area Manager to oversee daily operations, manage the property, and serve as the primary point of contact for beauty professionals in the salon community.
The ideal candidate:
- Be a highly motivated, customer service-oriented individual
- Possess excellent people skills
- Possess strong management qualities
- Prior Leasing & Property Management experience in Residential / Commercial environment highly preferred
- Prior Leasing & Property Management software experience
- Ledger Management / Collections / Basic Accounting skills preferred
- Beauty Industry Management experience a plus
- Must have intermediate computer knowledge
Compensation & Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $70,000 - $75,000 annually plus bonus opportunities
