What you’ll bring:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid California teaching credential (CTC)
- Prior experience working as an SLP in California school settings
- Confidence managing an elementary-aged student caseload
- A passion for fostering communication and social skills development
- Flexibility to work onsite only (no teletherapy or remote options)
- Team-player mentality and positive attitude
- Please note: This role does not supervise or include SLPAs at this time
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct, evidence-based SLP services to students on an elementary caseload
- Assess, identify, and serve students with communication needs in collaboration with multidisciplinary staff
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families, teachers, and administrators
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and district requirements
- Participate in staff and IEP meetings as appropriate
