SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY
Next Cohort Start Date: Monday, August 17th
Required Availability: Monday – Friday (Consistent daily weekday hours are required)
Choose your desired shift:
- Option A: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $18.00 – $25.00 / hr for Experienced RBTs & Trainees (based on experience & certification)
- $16.00 – $18.00 / hr for New / Uncertified Candidates (includes training & credentialing support)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans under BCBA / BCaBA supervision.
- Accurately track client progress on skill acquisition and behavior reduction in real time.
- Build positive rapport with clients and collaborate openly with families and clinical staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- RBT Certification (Preferred — uncertified candidates with strong experience welcome to apply!)
- Availability: Must be consistently available Monday – Friday afternoons starting August 17th.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years working directly with children (Experience in Jewish day schools or private school settings is a major plus).
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
- Attributes: Reliable, coachable, compassionate, and tech-proficient.
