Job Description
- Schedule LTL & FTL pick-ups, stay in constant communication with our shipping partners
- Weigh, wrap, label, stage pallets for shipping - obtain dimensions
- Load trailers
- Troubleshooting shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them
- Assist to pick/pack/QC orders
Qualifications
- Previous shipping experience in a distribution center is required
- Forklift experience is required
- Schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
- Strong computer skills - you will use various shipping portals/methods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization and administrative skills
- Integrity and leadership skills
- Exemplary customer care skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
- Job requires sitting, standing, bending, stooping and lifting items up to 50 LBS.
