Job Title: Auto Collections Representative
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5:30pm (8 hour shift)
Pay: $20-$24/hour *Based on Experience*
Location: Irving, TX
Job Details:
**MUST HAVE COLLECTIONS/BANKRUPTCY AND AUTO EXPERIENCE**
- Maintain queue of accounts with regular review, phone calls and miscellaneous follow-up work
- Conduct fact-finding conversations with individuals to locate collateral information
- Establish payment arrangements with a sense of urgency and firm deadlines
- Skip-trace accounts according to established practices
- Preserve confidentiality and security of sensitive information
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience of Auto Collections required
- At least 2 years of Repo experience required
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Passing clerical testing
- An in-person interview
- A clear background check and drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
