We’re seeking an experienced, customer service focused Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team!
Essential Functions:

Daily preparation of medical billing
- Claim follow up to ensure proper processing of bills

Posting payments to A/R ledger

Responding to patient questions and resolving issues

Qualifications/Experience:

Two years of billing/AR collection experience preferred

High school diploma
-
Knowledge of medical coding

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively and kindly with

Ability to respond to telephone and on-site increase from patients in a courteous, timely, and informative manner
