Build Homes. Build Skills. Build a Career.
If you like working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day, A&Z Mechanical could be a great fit.
We’re looking for HVAC Installers to join our New Construction team. You’ll help install complete heating and cooling systems in newly built homes throughout Southern Colorado. This isn’t a job where you’ll sit behind a desk all day—you’ll work on active job sites, learn valuable skills, solve problems, and be part of building something from the ground up.
A&Z Mechanical has been serving Southern Colorado since 2001. We’re family-operated, growing, and looking for people who want more than just another job. We want team members who take pride in their work, want to improve their skills, and are looking for opportunities to grow within the HVAC trade.
What You’ll Do
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and other residential HVAC equipment.
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, venting, and HVAC accessories.
- Braze and solder refrigerant lines and assist with system start-ups and testing.
- Read job plans and determine what materials, equipment, and tools are needed.
- Work alongside builders, other trades, and your A&Z teammates to keep projects moving.
- Load and unload equipment and materials and make sure you have what you need before starting the job.
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately.
- Keep your job site, tools, and company vehicle clean and organized.
- Follow safety procedures and speak up when you see a problem.
- Take pride in completing clean, professional installations that meet A&Z standards.
