Director of Youth Development & Outreach
Organization: Eagles Elite Sports / NA Jr. Hawks / Next Level Performance Center
Performance Incentive: Eligible for annual performance-based bonuses tied to program growth, summer camp success, and organizational initiatives.
Position Overview
This person will play a key leadership role in the continued growth of the Eagles Elite, NA Jr. Hawks and Next Level Performance Center organizations. Her responsibilities combine coaching, athlete recruitment, marketing, social media, and program development. Her success will be measured not only by athlete development but also by her ability to help grow participation and strengthen the brand.
Primary Mission
Build the front end of the athlete pathway by increasing participation in youth programming, strengthening community relationships, growing brand awareness, and creating a seamless progression from Learn to Skate through Eagles Elite and NA Jr. Hawks.
Primary Responsibilities
Coaching
Head Coach – NA Jr. Hawks Youth Team(s)
- Serve as Head Coach for the U14 team
- Plan and execute practices.
- Manage game preparation and player development.
- Support player advancement within the organization.
- Attend team practices during the week
Marketing & Outreach
This person will become the primary marketing representative for Eagles Elite & Next Level Performance Center
Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with local youth hockey organizations.
- Coordinate school and community outreach.
- Develop promotional campaigns and newsletters to increase registrations.
- Help grow brand awareness throughout the South Shore.
Social Media
Lead all NA Jr. Hawks social media content.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly content calendar.
- Practice and game highlights.
- Player features.
- Parent testimonials.
- Recruiting content.
- Instagram/Facebook/TikTok content.
- Coordinate with the organization marketing leadership team.
Summer Camp Director
This person will oversee the growth and registration of Eagles Elite summer camp programming.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan camp offerings.
- Promote camps throughout the year.
- Manage registrations.
- Communicate with families.
- Coordinate coaching staff.
- Ensure camps operate at a high level.
- Complete Camp Certifications
Learn to Skate Program at Next Level Performance Center
- Develop and launch the Learn to Skate curriculum.
- Hire and coordinate instructors as programs grow.
- Manage registration, scheduling, and parent communication.
- Grow enrollment through community outreach and marketing.
- Create a progression pathway into Learn to Play, Eagles Elite, and NA Jr. Hawks.
Bonus Structure
This position will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation through summer camp performance.
Summer Camp Enrollment Bonus
This person will be eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to the success and profitability of Eagles Elite summer programming. Bonus structure will be reviewed annually by leadership.

Growth Opportunity
As the organization expands, this person will have opportunities to take on additional leadership responsibilities in recruiting, marketing, and hockey operations. This role is designed to grow alongside the continued expansion of Eagles Elite, NA Jr. Hawks, NAHA, and Next Level Performance Center.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
