Duties
- Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming tailored to each client’s preferences
- Perform advanced styling techniques such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client looks.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments.
- Mentor junior team members and provide ongoing training in hair styling, barbering techniques, and customer service excellence
Skills
- Skilled in traditional barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and precision haircuts
- Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their desired outcomes
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Store management experience is a plus for those interested in leadership roles within the salon setting
- Capable of multitasking at the front desk while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
