About the Role:
A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives on the production floor, drives continuous improvement, and develops high-performing teams.
The Production Supervisor will lead a team of operators and team leaders, drive safety and quality performance, and ensure consistent production output. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production employees to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people objectives.
- Ensure adherence to standardized work, process discipline, and operational procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
- Promote and support autonomous maintenance activities and equipment reliability.
- Monitor production performance, including OEE, throughput, scrap, rework, and downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational issues and improve processes.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing performance and attendance.
- Support new product launches and production readiness initiatives.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Experience:
- manufacturing and prior supervisory : 3 years (Preferred)
