Duties
- Assist with merchandising
- Support store management with stock stocking, manual handling, heavy lifting, and organizing merchandise displays
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, ensuring safety protocols such as ladder use and remodeling guidelines are followed
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions related to inventory, pricing, or product locations
Experience
- Previous supervisory experience or leadership roles in retail or inventory management preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train & develop team members or new staff
- Organizational skills necessary for inventory control, stock management, and administrative tasks such as cash handling and record keeping
