Fast-paced, customer service oriented. Must be able to multi-task as will be entering charges and payments for medical procedures and answering heavy phone traffic. Also, will be handling incoming and outgoing referrals and outside scheduling.
Some medical terminology necessary with CPT and ICD coding knowledge. Minimum one year medical office or similar experience.
