Leading a skilled maintenance team with clear direction, coaching, and support.

Staying ahead of issues through rigorous inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Resolving breakdowns fast—diagnosing root causes and delivering durable fixes.

Strategically scheduling work to avoid interruptions and reduce downtime.

Maintaining accurate service logs, parts tracking, and inventory control.

Upholding safety standards and company policies without compromise.

Accelerating new team members’ ramp-up through training and shared best practices.

Partnering with stakeholders across the facility to elevate overall operations.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.

5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role.

Deep familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving agility.

Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.

Strong communicator with solid interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours with on-call availability as needed.
