Bright Beginnings Learning Center is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our growing team. We are a high-quality early learning program that believes children learn best through responsive relationships, exploration, play, and meaningful interactions.

What You’ll Do
- Provide warm, responsive care for infants ages 12 weeks to 24 months.
- Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom.
- Follow each child’s individual schedule for feeding, naps, and care.
- Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication.
- Support children’s cognitive, language, social-emotional, and physical development.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets Oregon licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators.
Qualifications
Required:
- Oregon Registry Online (ORO) Step 8 or higher
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and positive guidance
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively care for infants throughout the day
- Current enrollment in Oregon’s Central Background Registry (or ability to obtain)
Preferred:
- CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
