Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and bilingual Framing Supervisor to lead and oversee framing operations on construction sites. Must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish. This pivotal role involves managing framing crews, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a thorough understanding of framing techniques, blueprints, and construction management software. As a Framing Supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating schedules, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Will be working in the Kansas City Metro Area
Duties
- Lead and supervise framing crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
- Be able to perform punch work
- Review construction drawings
- Monitor daily work progress, conduct quality control inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and federal construction safety regulations across all job sites
Requirements
- Must be bilingual. Able to communicate in both English and Spanish
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic ability to use construction software
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
