Why Choose Infinity ABA, LLC?
At Infinity ABA, LLC, we understand that excellent ABA services start with well-supported clinicians. Too often, RBTs are overworked, under-supervised, and left feeling disconnected from the clinical decision-making process. We intentionally built Infinity ABA to be different.
When you join Infinity ABA, you are joining a company that prioritizes:
- Clinical integrity over productivity quotas
- Consistent supervision over minimal compliance
- Professional growth over burnout
- Long-term career development over short-term staffing
We believe RBTs are essential clinical team members, not interchangeable staff. Your work matters, your voice is valued, and your development is a priority.
Whether you are an experienced RBT looking for a healthier work environment or a newer technician seeking strong mentorship and structure, Infinity ABA provides the support system necessary to do high-quality work with confidence.
Our Mission and Clinical Philosophy
Infinity ABA, LLC provides evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis services with a strong emphasis on dignity, collaboration, and functional outcomes.
Our clinical approach is grounded in the belief that ABA should:
- Improve quality of life
- Teach meaningful, functional skills
- Respect the individuality of each child and family
- Be implemented with compassion and clinical precision
We focus on helping children develop skills that increase independence, communication, social engagement, and participation in daily life. At the same time, we work to reduce behaviors that interfere with learning in a way that is ethical, respectful, and supportive.
Our services are family-centered and collaborative. We actively involve caregivers and other providers to ensure skills generalize across settings and remain sustainable long-term.
Service Settings: Therapy Where It Matters Most
Infinity ABA delivers services in the environments where children naturally live and learn. This allows for better skill generalization and more meaningful outcomes.
Home-Based Services
RBTs implement programs within daily routines such as play, meals, transitions, hygiene routines, and family interactions. Therapy is embedded into real-life activities, allowing children to practice skills in context and families to feel empowered rather than overwhelmed.
School-Based Support
We collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to support behavior regulation, classroom participation, and peer interaction. RBTs help create consistency between educational and therapeutic goals while maintaining professionalism within school systems.
Community and Daycare Settings
RBTs support clients in community locations such as daycare centers, parks, libraries, and other public environments. These settings allow children to practice social, communication, and adaptive skills in real-world situations with natural reinforcement.
Additional Natural Environments
We adapt therapy to meet the child’s needs wherever support is required. Our goal is not to confine learning to one setting, but to ensure skills transfer across environments and people.
What Sets Infinity ABA Apart for RBTsConsistent, Meaningful Supervision
RBTs receive regular, scheduled supervision from experienced BCBAs who are accessible, responsive, and invested in your growth. Supervision goes beyond observation and feedback — it includes clinical discussion, skill-building, problem-solving, and mentorship.
Clinical Collaboration
You will not be expected to operate in isolation. Our team values collaboration with:
- BCBAs
- Speech-language pathologists
- Occupational therapists
- Teachers and school staff
- Caregivers and families
This team-based model improves outcomes and supports RBTs in delivering cohesive, ethical care.
Professional Respect and Clear Expectations
We maintain clear clinical expectations, structured treatment plans, and transparent communication. RBTs are trained to understand why programs are being implemented, not just how to implement them.
Growth-Oriented Culture
We actively support professional development, continued training, and advancement opportunities as the company grows. RBTs interested in long-term careers in ABA will find a clear path forward.
