Summary
Responsible for procuring components and assemblies to support stadium and direct-to-consumer seating product lines. This role ensures material availability aligns with production schedules while optimizing cost, quality, and supplier performance.
Essential Functions:
· Manage procurement activities for assigned suppliers to support production schedules and inventory targets
· Own supplier performance, including on-time delivery, responsiveness, and issue resolution
· Adjust purchase orders and proactively communicate with suppliers to support changing production demands
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, and operations to align on priorities and schedule changes
· Maintain accurate and timely data in ERP systems, including purchase orders, pricing, delivery dates, and receipts
· Partner with Finance to ensure vendor invoices are accurate, reviewed, and approved on time to support timely supplier payments
· Identify and drive cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies with internal teams and suppliers
· Monitor and mitigate supply risks, escalating issues as needed to protect customer delivery commitments

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
· 1–3 years of purchasing, supply chain, or operations experience
· Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Odoo or similar preferred)
Travel: Up to 10%
