Parts & Labor Supervisor – RV Service Department

Position Summary
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Parts & Labor Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our RV Service Department's parts and labor administration. This role ensures technicians have the correct parts when needed, repair orders are processed accurately, labor is billed properly, and customers receive exceptional communication throughout the service process.
The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in service operations, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the service team.
- Oversee the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of RV parts.
- Ensure parts are ordered promptly and accurately for scheduled repairs.
- Review repair orders for accuracy, proper labor times, and complete documentation.
- Monitor technician productivity and labor efficiency through accurate workflow management.
- Coordinate with Technicians to prioritize work and minimize downtime.
- Manage parts inventory levels and inventory accuracy.
- Work with vendors to source parts, resolve shortages, and expedite critical orders.
- Ensure warranty parts and documentation are processed correctly.
- Review daily work-in-progress reports and address aging repair orders.
- Assist in developing department processes that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in RV, automotive, marine, heavy equipment, or powersports service operations.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of parts inventory management and service department operations.
- Experience with repair order management systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- RV industry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warranty administration processes.
- Familiarity with inventory control best practices.
- Experience using dealer management systems such as IDS, Lightspeed, CDK, or similar.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
