Firehouse Subs is seeking an experienced, energetic General Manager to lead our 796 Beal Parkway location. If you’re a strong leader who loves developing people, delivering great guest experiences, and running a tight, positive operation, we want to meet you.

Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety standards

Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and daily financial performance

Hire, train, coach, and develop the entire team, including Assistant Manager & Shift Leaders

Execute company initiatives and grow sales through community involvement and great hospitality

ServSafe Manager Certificate or obtain within 30 days of employment

Attend on-line classes to become Firehouse Subs General Manager certified within 90 days of employment

Ability lift 50lbs with lifting and bending. Able to work on your feet for up to 13 hours at a time
