Sunrise of Philadelphia is seeking an organized, collaborative, and student-focused Program Instructional Supervisor to help lead our Upper Darby Afterschool Program.
Working alongside the Center Director, you'll support the daily operation of the program, coach staff, ensure student safety, maintain attendance in Brightwheel, communicate with families, and help deliver a high-quality after-school experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring staff while continuing to work directly with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Support daily program operations
- Coach and support frontline staff
- Monitor program quality
- Maintain attendance using Brightwheel
- Assist with family communication
- Coordinate the daily student walking escort
- Complete documentation and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with program policies
Qualifications
- Experience supervising youth programs preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience working with elementary-aged children
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Required background clearances
