We are seeking a Junior Site Superintendent eager to grow their career in multifamily construction. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role will support senior field leadership in overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating trades. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, motivated to learn, and ready to take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist either the Site Superintendent or Construction Manager with day-to-day construction oversight
- Support subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and field logistics
- Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Help maintain project documentation, daily logs, and progress reports
- Conduct field walkthroughs to monitor quality and assist with punch-list completion
- Gain exposure to project scheduling, RFI/submittal tracking, and field problem-solving
- Provide frequent updates and escalate issues to the Construction Manager
- 1–3 years of field construction experience, internship, or co-op program (multifamily experience a plus)
- Strong interest in pursuing a superintendent track career path
- Basic understanding of construction sequencing, drawings, and specifications
- OSHA 10 certification will be required (OSHA 30 preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Procore, or similar tools preferred
