Qualifications
- A clear, strong, personal commitment to Jesus Christ and agreement with the school’s Doctrinal

- Commitment to the purpose of a Christ-centered liberal arts education model and the LCS mission
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field (master’s degree preferred)
- Teaching experience at the middle or high school level preferred
- Teaching certification preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- A heart for mentoring, discipling, and shepherding students
Spiritual Expectations
- Active participation in a local Christian church whose beliefs and practices align with the school’s

- A lifestyle that reflects Christian values and serves as a consistent example to students
