XSYS Flexo US, LLC is a leading company in the flexographic industry that is seeking a Manufacturing Line Inspector to join our Morristown production team on our overnight shift.

Position Summary
The Manufacturing Line Inspector is responsible for inspecting, packaging, and processing production plates while ensuring all quality standards and production requirements are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality, supporting efficient production operations, and ensuring customer requirements are met.
What You'll Do
- Perform visual inspections of plates from the D-Line to identify defects.
- Package plates according to established packing standards, visual guides, and training instructions.
- Conduct visual quality inspections and dimensional checks every 30 minutes and document results using Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records using Excel tally sheets.
- Complete production orders, labels, and certificates of compliance.
- Set up and verify proper operation of cameras, laser engravers, automated trim scrap removal equipment, and other production tools.
- Set up materials, trucks, and production equipment for assigned jobs.
- Adjust trim knives to required specifications.
- Coordinate and label recyclable materials.
- Set up and calibrate cut-down tables.
- Cut down plates from C & D Lines following operating instructions.
- Perform conversion work including re-packing, re-labeling, resizing materials, and processing through back exposure units.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to commute to Morristown, TN.
Preferred
- Previous quality inspection or quality control experience.
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and equipment setup experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
