Vault Teller – Full Time

MidFlorida Armored & ATM Services is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Vault Teller to join our fast-paced operations team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and are committed to maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Handling: Accurately count, verify, and reconcile currency and coin deposits.
- Physical Stamina: Stand for extended periods (up to 90% of shift) and lift/move containers up to 50 pounds.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.
- Problem Solving: Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with vault staff to meet daily operational goals.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and task assignments.
- Computer Skills: Perform basic data entry, use spreadsheets, and communicate via email.
- Learning Mindset: Demonstrate willingness to learn all aspects of vault operations.
- Dependability: Show up on time, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven cash handling experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient 10-Key usage for fast and accurate numeric data entry ( perfered)
- Ability to follow written procedures and adapt to policy updates
