What You’ll Do
As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will help customers through every step of the vehicle-buying process. You will greet customers, learn about their needs, present vehicle options, follow up with leads, and provide a great experience from the first conversation to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is not afraid to pick up the phone, make outbound calls, follow up consistently, and create opportunities instead of waiting for customers to walk in.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles
- Responding to phone, internet, and showroom leads
- Building relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
- Making outbound calls to previous customers, including sold customers, to check in, maintain relationships, identify future vehicle needs, and create new sales opportunities
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits
- Working with management and finance teams to complete the sales process
- Maintaining product knowledge on Honda vehicles and dealership inventory
- Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Meeting individual and dealership sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively following up with previous customers and unsold prospects
