Position Type
1099 Independent Contractor
- Flexible scheduling based on client availability.

What You’ll Do
Design customized workout programs for clients of all fitness levels.
- Deliver one-on-one and small group training sessions.
- Motivate, educate, and hold clients accountable to help them reach their goals.
- Build strong relationships and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment.
- Collaborate with our team to create a positive gym culture.
What We’re Looking For
Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Passion for helping others transform their lives.
- Team player who is excited to grow with the OPT family.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous personal training experience is preferred, but motivated new trainers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with strength training, functional fitness, weight loss, corrective exercise, or sports performance is a plus.
