We're looking for powersport enthusiasts.
**This is a commission pay structure**
This position is well suited for people who like to get paid for their individual performance and can create their own opportunities. This is not your standard corporate environment. We like to have fun and can get wild from time to time. We're a small team of go getters and we don't quite fit in with the suit and tie atmosphere. Here's your chance to start a career doing something completely different and fun.
Duties:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and help them select the right machine.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the unit.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. - Have a positive and excited attitude. We sell fun!
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills).
- Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or PWC experience is needed.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
