F45 Training is functional, high-intensity group workouts: 45 minutes, constantly changing, and built around results. With hundreds of unique workouts spanning resistance, cardio, & hybrid formats, no two classes are ever the same. What makes F45 different isn’t just the format- it’s the science behind it. Workouts are programmed across 3 month phases with dedicated base, build, and peak cycles, designed around progressive overload and measurable outcomes. This isn’t another group fitness concept. It’s a legitimate training methodology, and the coaches who thrive here know the difference.
At Plū Ultra, our coaches are the reason that works. They bring the energy, they know every name in the room, and they make a full class feel personal for every single person in it. We’re raising the bar on who we bring onto our team. If you’re the kind of coach who makes people want to come back tomorrow, let’s talk.
Plū Ultra operates F45 locations across Phoenix, Gilbert, Chandler, and Queen Creek. This posting is for our Queen Creek location. Qualified coaches may have the opportunity to pick up classes across more than one of our locations. We are a multi-location operator, not a franchise owner of all Valley F45 studios.
