Job Summary
HFS Federal Credit Union, located on Hawaii Island, is accepting applications for a Member Services Representative (MSR) for our Waimea Branch. As an MSR you will process a variety of financial transactions as you service our membership in a friendly and efficient manner.
The ideal candidate will have at minimum:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Prior experience in a financial institution or have worked in a service oriented business
- Experience with using computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to be an independent problem solver
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to project a professional attitude and appearance
