The UPS Store in Parma is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing store.
In this role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and other business solutions. No UPS Store experience is required; we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

Schedule

Approximately 30-35 hours per week
- All weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Some weekends
- One weekday off each week (typically Wednesday or Thursday) - if working weekend shift
What You'll Do

Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services
- Process transactions using our POS system
- Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment
- Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs
- Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Support daily store operations and work as part of a team
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Retail, cashier, hospitality, office, shipping, or printing experience is a plus
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs
