Job Summary Join a unique partnership between EMT Solar & Alpha Solar Sales as an Energy Consultant, where proven training meets real market opportunity. This isn’t just another sales role. Through Alpha Solar Sales, you’ll get the training, scripts, and coaching. With EMT Solar, you’ll apply those skills in the field, working with real homeowners, real deals, and real earning potential from day one. In this role, you’ll connect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach, company leads, and referrals, helping them transition to smarter, more efficient energy solutions.
You’ll guide each client through the process confidently while developing both your sales ability and industry knowledge. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach and local campaigns Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track leads and manage your pipeline Educate customers on solar solutions and present tailored proposals.

Compensation & New Hire Bonus Plan (First 90 Days)
- Self-Generated Appointment Bonus: $500 (Earned when an appointment is set by the rep and results in a meeting between the homeowner and a senior team member)
- Deal Bonus: 30% of deal commission up to $1,000 (Paid in addition to your appointment bonus!)
Who This Is For Someone who is motivated, coachable, and comfortable speaking with people face-to-face. Experience helps, but it’s not required, we train from the ground up for the right person.
