We are a BCBA owned & operated company in Spring, TX. We have been providing in-home ABA services since January 2023, and we are now adding clinic-based services as well! Our company is small and cozy, and we intend to stay that way! It's nice to know everyone on a first-name-basis. Our goal is to grow from having only one BCBA to now having two to better serve our clients.
Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to improving the lives of children with autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Your expertise will directly impact patient care by conducting assessments, collecting data, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to foster meaningful progress. Duties
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavioral intervention plans tailored to each individual's needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and intake assessments to determine client needs and establish treatment goals.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency across settings and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members on ABA techniques, data collection methods, and ethical practices.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Requirements
- Hold a current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Hold a current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas
- Preferred: Crisis Prevention Training
- Preferred: CPR Training Certificated
- Preferred: Credentialed with Texas Medicaid
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards related to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations including individuals with disabilities across various settings.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and providing training or guidance to caregivers. Join us in making a meaningful difference! Work Locations
- Preferably a Hybrid role, with some Telehealth and some in-person sessions with patients
- Open to a fully remote Telehealth role for highly experienced BCBAs
- Patient sessions may be at their home / community and/or clinic
- Patient sessions are anytime between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
Pay Rates
- Salary rate is negotiable depending on experience and time in the field
