The Leadership Louisville Center (LLC) is the region’s leading nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and civic engagement. With a mission to inspire and equip leaders to be better and do better, we have empowered over 12,000 graduates through our civic programs since 1979. Through our programs, we connect leaders across sectors, deepen understanding of critical community issues, and create opportunities for meaningful civic engagement.
We are currently seeking a Leadership Program Manager to lead and continuously elevate some of the region’s most respected community leadership programs: Focus Louisville, Ignite Louisville, and Encore Louisville.

It is a high-visibility, front-of-the-room leadership position responsible for shaping learning experiences that influence how leaders think, connect, and act in our community. The person in this role will design and facilitate meaningful program days, engage with top civic and business leaders, and ensure our programs remain relevant, engaging, and impactful year after year.
This is a full-time, exempt, in-person position that reports to the Vice President.
