Job Summary:
Join our team at Baltic Corner, a small town bar & grill. We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A person that likes to stay busy and is able to multitask and provide excellent customer service is encouraged to apply! This individual will also be required to learn the kitchen duties. No prior experience is required as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Assist in other duties such as restocking supplies, inventory, cleaning, and anything else to maintain a well oiled working environment
-Ability to learn the kitchen duties in order to efficiently prepare food orders
Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions, able to multitask, and ability to gain and maintain relations with customers
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with bartending is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work in a bar setting
- Must be 21 years old to apply
