- Develop and maintain manual and computer based tracking systems and reports
- Ensure customer goal/objectives are being met
- Work with vendors on tooling issues and improvements
- Communicate effectively with external and internal customers
- Manage/Support the internal on-site team
- Work with engineering and management team to effectively manage expedite requests based on current plant shortages and daily issues
- Review inventory for nonmoving and overstock items and take appropriate action
- Support production with their use of high precision cutting tools such as drills, reamers, taps, etc.

Education/Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience§ Experience:
- Experience w/ cutting tools, CNC machining, engineering, project management
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel
