BDC Representative – High-End Automotive Dealership
A high-end automotive dealership is looking for a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, building relationships, and helping generate opportunities for both the sales and service departments.
Previous dealership experience is preferred, but not required. The company is open to candidates with strong customer service, call center, sales support, or administrative experience who are professional, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and communicate with customers in a professional manner
Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, service leads, and customer inquiries
Schedule appointments for the sales and service departments
Provide customers with information on vehicles, inventory, availability, and dealership services
Generate new opportunities for the sales and service teams
Work closely with sales and service staff to ensure a smooth customer experience
Follow up with customers before and after appointments
Maintain accurate notes and customer information in the dealership system
Meet and exceed performance goals related to lead generation, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction
Compensation:
$50,000–$60,000 per year
Schedule:
5-day work week
Off Sundays and Wednesdays
Must be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
Hours may vary, but candidates should generally be available between 8:00amand 7:00pm. Some days may end earlier.
