Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through engaging conversations.
- Demonstrate products and features, including performing product demos to highlight benefits.
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling.
- Upsell accessories, plans, and devices to maximize customer satisfaction and store revenue.
- Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and organizing inventory efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about products, plans, and store policies with clear communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that reflects professional retail standards.
Requirements
- Prior retail sales experience preferred; experience in grocery or electronics stores is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
- Proven experience in supervising or leading team members is advantageous.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for sales totals and cash handling.
- Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or in person.
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service best practices.
