European Wax Center – West Springfield is hiring a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist to join our team. We are looking for service-focused professionals who take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality waxing services in a clean and supportive environment.
This role is ideal for both newly licensed professionals and experienced wax specialists seeking structured training, steady guest flow, and career development opportunities.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform body and facial waxing services using brand-specific products and techniques
- Provide a professional, guest-focused experience from check-in to service completion
- Educate guests on pre- and post-care and relevant retail products
- Maintain sanitation standards and comply with all state board regulations
- Follow established service protocols and center procedures
- Support front desk and team operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid Virginia Esthetics, Waxing or Cosmetology License (required)
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping others feel amazing
- Guest-focused mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment and a team-based culture
- Reliability, professionalism, and eagerness to grow
- Weekend and evening availability
