Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in. Duties
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature
- Perform specialized care tasks such as catheter care, hospice support, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, and end-of-life assistance
- Utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to document patient progress, medical records, and care activities efficiently and securely in accordance with HIPAA standards
- Support patients with memory care needs by implementing personalized routines and ensuring a safe environment
- Operate medical equipment including Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices to promote patient safety during transfers and mobility tasks
- Prepare nutritious meals, assist with feeding when necessary, and maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning to ensure a healthy living space
- Provide emotional support and companionship to foster a positive environment for clients with developmental disabilities or geriatrics
Experience
- Prior experience working as a Home Health Aide or in assisted living facilities is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience caring for geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities, including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease
- Familiarity with home health agency operations, medical documentation, and home & community care practices
- Proven ability to handle up to 25 lbs safely using assistive devices like Hoyer lifts when necessary
- Strong understanding of home healthcare regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
