Bliss Fitness and Health is a friendly place to feel good in your body. We offer shame-free personal training, group classes and massage. Our clientele tend to be people who have never felt comfortable in a typical gym, so we make it a point to create a safe space that is playful and inclusive.
Job Description
We are seeking a vibrant, playful, and inclusive GroupX instructor to lead dynamic group fitness classes at our boutique studio. This role is perfect for someone passionate about motivating diverse participants through energetic routines that blend fun with effective exercise. Our group fitness instructors are nerdy about anatomy and movement so they can safely coach clients in progressions and regressions. Our clientele is truly diverse! The group classes we're hiring for focus on core strength, mobility, and strength exercises that support joint stability.
Our small classes (12 people max!) are dynamic and joyful, and the community here is wonderful to work with and very loyal.
